Our 3-Day Return Policy

You have 3 days after delivery to request a return. You only need to submit your request within this window—please wait for our approval and shipping instructions before sending your item back.

To qualify, your item must be:

• Unopened in its original packaging
• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• With all original tags attached
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

A Simple Return Process

Email Loriahelp@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return.

We’ll review your request and explain the next steps. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please request approval first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If Something Arrives Wrong, We’ll Help

Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.

Opening your package to discover a problem does not prevent you from reporting a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, and personalized items are not eligible for returns under our voluntary return policy. We also cannot accept items that have been opened, worn, washed, used, or had their tags removed under this policy.

These restrictions do not affect any applicable rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d prefer a different item, request a return and, once approved, place a separate order for your preferred item.

Refunds, Clearly Communicated

We’ll email you once your return has been received and inspected to confirm whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email us so we can help check the status.

Your Consumer Rights

Our 3-day policy applies to voluntary returns. It does not replace or restrict mandatory consumer rights, including statutory cancellation periods and refund rights for eligible European Union orders.

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours.

Orders to United States can be expected to arrive within 6-12 business days once shipped.

Delivery times may be extended by 1-2 weeks during periods of high demand, resulting in longer shipping times than usual.
